The takeover

Life has been a little interesting lately. Well for starters I am a spirit now which is a little different;) but what is even weirder than that is that people on the island have almost started to praise me. I guess everyone had assumed that once I was died the curse that was holding my dearest son and Ariel in those trees would break releasing them from its hold. To their surprise that was not the case, but I have been working tirelessly trying to find a way to get these innocent people out. Many of the islanders have started bringing me different materials so that I always have a constant supply for all my many ideas. After many days I still was having no luck until one day a large boat had appeared off in the distance. This had to have been a mistake no one ever visited our tiny island, it isn’t even on a map. It wasn’t long before a somewhat tall man who went by the name Prospero and his daughter, Miranda appeared on the shore. Prospero began telling the islanders all about how he and his daughter had been banished to the island after his brother tricked him into giving up the kingdom he had loved so much. The people, my people, began to empathize with them and because of his previous leadership they began to follow him and leave me in the dust. How can they trust someone new on the island? What if he tries to takeover? Am I the only one concerned?
